- Sold units = shown appointments × close rate
- Cost per lead = monthly lead spend ÷ leads per month
- Cost per appointment = monthly lead spend ÷ appointments
- Cost per shown appointment = monthly lead spend ÷ shown appointments
- Cost per sold unit = monthly lead spend ÷ sold units
- Total gross = sold units × average gross per unit
- Gross minus spend = total gross − monthly lead spend
